We have most identity details. We just need confirmation and a few extras:

• Higher-resolution school logo / crest Recommended

  We have the logo at 635x692px from the website. If you have a digital original (PNG/SVG with transparent background, 1000px+), it would look sharper on the new site.
• School anthem / song lyrics Recommended

  If available, the official school anthem text for inclusion on the website.
• Core values Recommended

  A list of the school's core values (e.g., integrity, excellence, discipline, etc.)

• Updated Principal's welcome message Required

  The current message on the website is from 2016. A fresh 2-3 paragraph message for the new site would be ideal.
• Confirm current leadership names & titles Required

  Are the above names still current? Please also provide Deputy Principal(s) and full Board of Management list.
• Heads of Department list Recommended

  Names and departments of HODs for the Departments page.
• Staff group photo Recommended

  A recent photo of the teaching and/or full staff team.

• Complete list of subjects offered per pathway Recommended

  We have the departments, but a detailed list of specific subjects under each CBE pathway would enhance the Academics page.
• Current student enrollment numbers Required

  Total students, per-form breakdown if available. We currently show "2,000+" — please confirm the exact figure.
• Current term dates / academic calendar 2026 Required

  Term 1, 2, 3 opening and closing dates. The website currently shows 2023 dates which are outdated.
• Notable academic achievements Recommended

  Top students, university placements, scholarship recipients, etc.

• Current fees structure Required

  Breakdown of fees per term/year for Form 1–4 or Grade 10–12. Include any boarding fees, activity fees, etc.
• Admission requirements & process Required

  Entry requirements, application process, Form 1 / Grade 10 selection criteria, required documents.
• Items to bring (joining instructions) Recommended

  List of required items for new students. If you have a PDF, we can host it for download.
• Bank account details for fee payment Recommended

  Bank name, account number, M-Pesa paybill — for the admissions/fees page.

We have good coverage but are missing a few key shots. Fresh, recent photos would also help modernize the gallery. The more, the better — we will select the best ones.

• School gate with signage clearly visible Recommended

  We have the entrance with bus celebration, but a clear shot of the gate/signage alone would be useful.
• Library Recommended

  Interior or exterior shot of the school library.
• Science / Computer laboratories Recommended

  We have a classroom photo but no lab photos. These would strengthen the Academics section.

  Exterior or common areas (dining hall, etc) — parents want to see where students live.

You can send all information and files through any of these methods. For large files (especially photos), Google Drive or WeTransfer work best.
